Okay gotta be honest, I'm getting pretty annoyed so let me know if you have a solution for this, I have a laptop with a 1070 max q, 16gb ram, I7 8750, and I get freaking 60-80fps, my settings are on the lowest avaliable, no thermal throttling, and I make sure the client is off when the game is on, what the hell is going on?

The My Documents part of this video roughly 5:30 was the key to this fixing my issues on a nice computer. Changing the refresh rate in that sub folder from 75 to a new value did it for me. Set to 150 fps, and am now getting that. Thanks! (GTX 2070 super)

Bumping down the renderscale does in fact help with fps but overwatch will not work for more than 10 minutes before turning off and saying Your rendering device has been lost! Application closing! So yea maybe don't do that
