Hi Kathy, I've been using Elementor Pro for the last 4 years with no issues, Just renew my subscription in April 2021, when insert the Elementor's library to start the -To Start- error message -Forbidden- and I've never faced such problem before, I sent an email to support and not getting a response, Please help!

Can't find shortcodes anywhere on my Elementor. I imported Templates and edited them with INfo I needed, but can't for the life of me get the template on to my websites page?!
What am I missing here?

When I click the folder to initially open the template library mine won't load it just comes up a white page... any suggestions? yes I have templates installed already...

Ok, I can edit a template and updated it, but how do I update all pages I've created that use that template? It seems I would have to edit every page. Thanks.

I'm glad I watched this, because the adding a template option has changed to clicking the folder icon, as per this video.
