I watch your video about the Kingsize theme, it was a very good presentation. I bought the theme, install it, but it did not work for me. The portfolio portion does not work the way shown on the tutorials. I can not have a certificate to go the forum. They keep sending me to Denoized.com and Envato with nobody to talk to. I feel as if I wasted my time and money. On my editor screen I have -add media- but their screen shows -Upload/Insert- What have I done wrong. Can you help????

Thank you for your nice training videos, however I have some problems with the updated King Size theme. I can't get my galleries and portfolios to work (pictures are simply not shown) even if I follow the documentation. All videos are showing pictures being uploaded from the PC, but what if I want to create a gallery or portfolio from already uploaded pictures pictures in the King Size media library. The documentation video clearly tells that you should NOT post the pictures in the post!

I would like to thank you for the vids. I'm new to wordpress and you've made it easy. I've been designing my site with the responsive theme along with your vids. My question is: Can you change your theme without losing your data within the page? I like the performance of the responsive them, but I'm not sure it has the look I'm after. Or maybe you can change that too? Background and colors is what I'm having a problem with mostly.

Hi Tyler, have tried to download a Wordpress version update on my dashboard page and the program crashed. Have tried with a friend to reinstate it with some success, but can't seem to upload the files back into the Kingsize theme. Started to build the site again with Kingsize, then tried to download an update and the whole thing is completely scewed. How can I flatten the whole thing and start again!

Hi Tyler,
Great videos. Loaded the New King size them and it is begginign to get togter. But I noticed that my home page slider photos show tiny little squres throughout the whole image, and all images in the slider. The original images do not have the squares. If I do not use the slider and have one image (any of the ones used in the slider0 it does not show the squares.

I'm very thank ful for the video you put up which has allowed me to set up a website which looks amazing and was relatively cheap.
I'm having one slight problem and that is on a Full HD screen my background slider images appear to be cropped and you can't see the full image.
Any ideas what's causing this and how to resolve this please?

Hi I have purchased king size theme (very good).
I have changed the logo and set the specific settings for both computer and mobile devices.
All works except for some reason on the mobile device the logo on the home screen is still set to default and showing the unicorn even though the other pages are displaying the correct logo?
Any ideas?

Having trouble with columns. I bought Kingsize theme 3.5.1 and at the dashboard screen layout you have option of up to 4 columns but in Pages it only 2 columns for the page screen layout. Any way that I can get 4 screen layout columns?

Where might one find this infamous KingSize theme? I installed wordpress through host gator and I can find many different themes, but for some reason I cannot find this so called KingSize theme, which I really like. Can you help?
