It seems you are the man to design my idea. I have had a tough time recently with agents ruining my life. I have tried using phone cameras in conjunction with my home door viewing hole but the agents just use emp or hack its bluetooth and ruin the phone so it no longer works. Likewise with dvr recorders which have internet or wireless connections. I am not tech savey, but i thought that a simple compact rechargable device with an emp proof memory card could be designed which would replace the viewing lense in my front door relatively easily. But as im sure you are aware. the world of design and patents is a deadly one. I really hope you, or somebody can bring such a piece of home security to the public market some time soon. Im sick of being scared to eat out of my fridge every time i leave my home. Peace brother. xx

So a inductor basically stores the energy in the magnetic field it creates and when the voltage drops, the magnetic field causes an current and discharges. This makes a lot of sense, since the ac current from the powerplant needs to be high voltage, so u have minimal energy losses.
To do this i guess they make the impulses shorter to get higher Voltage and then the inductor kicks in when the pulse stops so u have a -steadier- current at home. I mean im not sure my brain is potatoes right now so correct me if im wrong.

The internet is mostly optical fibers. And it was born out of a network concept designed specifically to be resilient to a nuclear war.
