Love your videos! I actually have Office 2007 and it is virtually all I need. I am looking to get a newer version of Office such as the 2019 or 2021 version so that I can use it ti practice the various newer features. I got the free version of Microsoft 365 but it does not have the higher end features such as Mail Merge that I need to practice. I was thinking about buying a copy of 2019 to use but it is missing Outlook, Notes and other things. Additionally, it seems I can only load it onto 1 machine. I will be the only one using it, but I have a home machine and one I bring out. Help me navigate and figure out which version of office on a budget that I can get to practice and learn the newer features and install on at least two PCs.

Microsoft is a big company with worst service , wish I know other company I rather pay more and get good service than having cheap product with zero support and lots of complications , every year when I renew the service I must go through a lot of stress -
If anyone is reading this and know other company that I can get word , excel, PowerPoint plz let me know I will leave this big name with zero support

Hi Kevin, I am having a problem finding out how to move my elderly father from his personal 365 account to my family account. I send him the email and he follows the directions but for some reason it always says that can not be done until his subscription expires (today) and it still won't work. Any ideas on how to make this work? THANKS!

I have Office 365 Personal and it still says I can install on 5 devices but I cannot figure out how. Do you have a video for that? Its so frustrating. My look on my account is different from yours. I don't have a sharing button once I click on services and subscriptions. HALP. please

Buddy deletes my comment about selling/sharing subscription with other people cause he prob thinks I am taking money from Microsoft. Like who cares man, I paid for subscription and can decide what I want to do with each share. Ya'll still make your money! so it really dont matter

How much do you make a year working for MS? I recently found out for the subscription if you BUY the family one and then go to help 'ACT DUMB' and say I need it on all 6 machines with these user names can you do it for me. 4 hours later they did it all for me. VERY NICE-!

Is it possible to cancel a subscription that got renewed automatically? I have a office code from my work place, so I dont need my personal subscription. Can i ask microsoft to remove the subscription that got deducted from my card and reimburse back the amount ?

When you share your subscription do all shared members have access to each other's files? I don't want them to see my files or -recent files-. Do all members have their files private so the other members of the family plan cannot access them?

I shared with a family member and my name and photo is on all of the products and my emails appear. Are they doing something wrong? I thought I was sharing the product, not access such as seeing my computer info. Thanks!

Hi Kevin,can you please tell me how to share/give access to other users on the same laptop. I have downloaded 365 as admin but it is only available in my admin
