at 4:50 in your video I don't see the completed without error ect on my list I get all the other stuff at the bottom 1 though 242 and so forth I tried typing in the smartctl -a and get to command recognized but with a capital A it pull up what you have just not the top part.

simply create a cron job and have it run like once a week or once a month and have the report mailed to you automatically. with a little more shell scripting you can also look for specific changes or keywords to appear and have alert you some other way. gnu/linux is such an epic os.

TrueNAS needs to integrate this into the GUI like UnRaid. My TrueNAS in running as a VM with a controller passed through and I was shocked to not find an easy way to monitor drive health given the NAS is in the name of the product.
