Could this set up improve security of a virtual Windows 7, now that its no longer supported with MSFT patches, or does the internet and a hacker still see this as Windows 7 and not as linux? I'm just trying to approximate the security of the way Windows 7 was.. not something completely bulletproof since I use it carefully and do no transactions on it, etc. Looking to be about as secure as Mac OS Mojave. Thanks

Chris, did everything you said and Windows is running fine as a virtual machine under Ubuntu. However, I am unable to activate it. Product key from Belarc Advisor and another product key utility are not accepted. Would appreciate any help you might be able to offer.

I have Linux Mint MATE. Just loaded it in the last couple days. Trying to build a virtual WIndows machine. I have tried downloading Etcher. I have tried downloading Appimage. I have Virtual Box all set. Just need the Windows ISO. Any help will be appreciated. :)

Sir.. Im very much concerned about the space..... (50 Gigs) OMG.... :o :o .... i CANT SPARE THAT IN MY PC. IM low on space... eventhough i love to use win10 in virtual box.. for testing purposes... is there any way to lower the installation space????????

And then linux
And then oracle database 12c
But when I opened now
I'm unable any icon to start in virtual box
It seems fresh virtualbox
So how can I get back without installing again

Anyone else have Debian 10 and have one package type work better than another for VirtualBox? In the past, I've noticed major improvements using one type (ex: AppIamge, .deb file, flatpak) and it differs on what program I am downloading,

I spent three days trying to get Spark Gameover working. Would not install via my live USG, there forums and articles discussing this. So I had to use live USB to burn DVD and install went off with a hitch.

Thanks for this. Do you have a videon on how to get the network going? I run Ubuntu 20.04 LTS and have installed Vitualbox plus extension successfully and installed Win10, but no ways can I get the Internet!

I juat get started on linux thing of windows virtual machine, is there any chance i could use old disc path such as e or d (i didn't do format on disc) and run it right after i installed linux?
