46: 00 ish I'm a hater of the whole thing it's a Gimmick that apparently a lot of people fell for. Nvidia is charging another $400 per card just for an R at the beginning, Now their showing us 4K gaming. They never did shYt like that before? It's smelling in Denmark. I'm buying a 1080 TI no matter what, this income Tax Year. Unless something drastic changes or Navi hit's around that time and is the same or faster hopefully! I don't need my life to be Ray Traced LOL Tom's hardware, Tom I get That in Reality. I just want the game to look good. And shooter's Definitely don't care about RTX, They have been screaming 1080P 144Hz forever. Their frames move to fast to even notice the sun Light, Like There gonna stop and look at the rays of light while trying to live and not get shot in the head! LOL. So what Now?

What is he talking about that -this- the 20XX series is the first time you could pre order? Didn't they do this with the Founders 1080 series 2 years ago? Am I crazy? And I have never seen a 1080 ti go below $700 bucks even ON SALE so I don't know where he saw one for $540 bucks! Unless it was a -I have 1 part In Store ONLY. to draw in customers then you go and they tell you they sold out but we got the 700 ones! bait N Switch BS. $680 ends up being the cheapest 1080ti an I bet its the -Mini- 1080 ti not the full size card which is faster. $450 bucks for a 1070 ti is MSRP from 2 years ago, thats NOT a Good Deal. Stop acting like the inflated miner prices were the MSRP. DO NOT BUy a 2080 card until the actual test results in normal games is out unless you haven't had a GPU since the 970 series.

This Makes me sick Games are Not gonna look any better because of Ray Tracing for another 5 Years. Games are Going to look better because DX12 N Vulkan will finally be paid attention too by Nvidia Because Ray Tracing needs it now to try and hit 60 FPS on a 4K monitor on miniums at Ultra RIGHT. LOL. Before Nvidia Made sure there games played better in DX11 1080P, Because At that time it would have given Vega Huge gains, especially at the high Resolutions. Nvidia is messed up and they really know how to play dirty in business. From the PP plan to Threatening and Paying off OEM's and MIB partner's, It's hard for me to hand over my money to them. OH and Wink, Wink, We all know U haven't tried the cards Yet and You don't know about performance. LOL.

If they were to name these by the prices they are asking the 2080 Ti would be a Titan, the 2080 would be an 80 Ti, and the 2070 would be an 80. They won't do that though because then they wouldn't compare favorably to the 1000 series. They've changed the names to make them look better in comparisons to last gen but are still charging the same price. Remember when the benchmarks come out to compare the 2080 Ti to the Titan Xp, the 2080 to the 1080 Ti, and the 2070 to the 1080.

Let me guess, the -primer- was made by someone who prefers Nvidia.
Freesync is better then G-sync in a lot of ways too so it's not really a case of one being -better- then the other but rather different trade offs with there being more variability with Freesync in both directions.
And except for the overshoot issues you can get freesync monitors that's better then their G-sync counterparts.

70-69-68-67-Hmmmmm. Doing my Full Nerd Marathon. was a good, and very, very insightful. And Entertaining! :D I think that Adam's prediction of 3k subs can easily be doubled (who knows, may be even more; D ) That said; now I go for the next in the playlist: D 66

I want more news on the 2070, im still using a 1060 and just got a 165hz 1440p gsync monitor and id pay a little extra for the 2070 over a 1080 just to have the option to play ray traced games down the road.

Navi is still GCN. The potential -ryzen for GPUs- if it happens will be what comes after Navi which is meant to be a new architecture (no longer GCN. Of course I hope that Navi is a solid GPU.

Hey guys. I don't know how people hate RT before even trying it and testing it, but it could be affected by the high price that RT dictates (well, that nVidia dictates.
