only people that work with the laptop and webcam care about the webcam being there. now the bezel is thicker rather than thinner, so fail for everyone els. So yea I would rather buy the old one than the new, just because of bezel and even win hello. so if DELL listened to the whiney youtube reviewers about the came having any meaning what so ever, they should stop listen so much to the reviewers and rather start to listen to the actual costumer. But, of course if the costumer again is from business people then I can understand the decision for sure

Thank you very much for this review. I'm gonna look to buy an XPS 13 and honestly I don't care about webcam (I don't use one from ages) or opening with 1 hand the screen, but I prefer the color ROSE GOLD I hope they will keep for the 9380 too because I'm gonna buy it nd I would like to buy in white rose gold. Thanks again for comparison

Not necessarily -intentionally nerfed- a lot of their SKU layout is because making chips isn't a perfect art, fewer threads on lower SKUs are usually because the die is shared with higher SKUs, just some cores on the die might not be working properly, so they fuse them off to create a lower SKU.

You are actually wrong about USB C power charging for 9360, it is supporting usb c power charging, actually I have 9350 and I am using usb c power charging every day, just look at the usb c ports sign, there is power sign there.

I purchased one of these in black in February. The computer did not come with the AWG 3 pin -Duck bill- like the one in this review. Do you know where one can find one of these? I was unable to find it on Dells website.

If i had the opportunity to buy the 9370 or the 9380 but by a difference of almost a $1000 which one do you recommmend me to buy? Does the differences between those two worth it? The Wiskey Lake worth it?

USB-c/tb3 charging was supported all the way back to the 9350. It still had the barrel charge port but if you used a dock that charged, it would charge and extend port availability.
