If you are dropping below 60 FPS at 1080p with a GTX 2080 TI then sorry to say but the game is most certainly buggy. It has nothing to do with it being demanding and if you bothered to look at the GPU usage during your drops then you probably would have figured that out. Even at 1440p a slower 1080ti never drops below 60 due to the game actually being demanding as all the drops are with the GPU usage well below 99%. The game hitches and stutters here and there and will drop frames for absolutely no reason.

The game will be very easy if it takes you a whole 25 to 30 hours to beat it. He said it was -easy- because the level scaling later on could be better- the enemies are a fixed level for the areas. But I beat it in around 10 to 12 hours (on Normal) and can say majority of combat situations can be difficult if not played tactically well. Don't feel that a lot of what was described in this -review- is fair to the game at all.

It seems kind of boring, just like fallout. It's like walking and looking in boxes. shoot some stuff until it effectively becomes a box too. The art is kind of plain. the last game I really enjoyed was Witcher 3 and I can't even bother to play that again.

I don't understand how this runs fine on some people's systems. I have been trying to run it on a 6700xt with a 3700x CPU. And it stutters like crazy. Even after messing with every setting.

Nice potato settings and why are you asking about stability like this is a Gamebyro game lol? Obsidian was forced to use that trash engine for New Vegas you absolutely majestic morons.

recommended specs is a 1060 and a 7700K, a 2080ti and 9900k should do 1440 or 4k easily, not struggling to run 1080p120fps. may need to double check drivers or something

the game is good and i really like it bit of course like almost every PC game it is very poorly optimized so that stuttering really bugs me frame skips and what not.

Jim Sterling is happy with this game, that is as good a recommendation as it comes. (even though he doesn't like Cuphead, but he does acknowledge that it is good)

Using 8700k + 1080ti + 16gb ddr4 3600 at 3440x1440 resolution. Usually 65-90 fps. Drops below 60fps occasionally but pretty smooth overall
