Its funny I have worked with some people like that. I just tell them if your asking that, it means you should probably do it since its part of your job. I have worked with many people who do not know the basic concept of that. Some just like to talk about what they know as opposed to showing what they know by doing it. Yes they exist hahaaa.
Train them up because thats the whole AI problem when you hire new workers. #IRL -
Barrier tip: Dont use barrier walls. Use construction wall because they do not deteriorate. If you want a viewing window you must use barrier wall for windows. Either way, using construction walls will save you repair amount and time.

You pretty much have to have work zones or the Keepers won't feed the animals. Same with mechanics. They need a work zone to repair fences and generators. Also make sure they have plenty of keeper huts and work stations around. That might help out with the -bad AI- problem

You can set the maintenance of the barriers to be checked more often. By default it is set for once a year, but you can have your mechanics check them once a month to keep them from breaking down too soon

Everything is laggy and low resolution, plus the barriers are invisible. I have my graphics on ultra and I have an insanely strong computer. Why is this happening? Please reply soon.
