Most disturbing thing in the show:
Brads broken audio, as for example can be heard in 12: 00.
Is it possible to fix his audio issue? It is alot distracting from the very interesting informations in the show when his voice features multiple pops and is doing robot voice most of the time.

Rocket Lake is a mess of a hacked chip design. Pat Gelsinger should just cancel Rocket Lake and focus on bringing Alder Lake sooner to market. Rocket Lake design is too compromised just to eek out a possible 4% gaming advantage. It makes no sense especially if they price it at $500+.

Haha, had to laugh at Gordon's reference to the performance of the consoles based on GN's terrible video. I really think that's the worst content of theirs that I've seen.
Even their silly -framing- and -caveat- surrounding the purpose of the video. It was a clickbait video.

Re: gaming laptops: IMO Parsec is the killer of gaming laptops. Just get a thin and light and Parsec to your home rig if you wanna play games. If you're on the unversity WiFi and your main rig is in the dorm you can probably get very low latencies.

First episode of the new year, both Adam and Gordon do the intro in one take. Hardcore Hardware. What's not to like about this one? Other than the fact that I missed this live. Oh well. Adam still made me laugh with the -HARDCORE- at the end.

i wonder why they couldn't have done 8 cores and lower on 14nm, and a 12 core part on 10nm. this would have allowed higher production for the mainstream parts, and helped with performance against amd's core heavy product line.

-Consoles are incredibly weak compared to PC, but it's impossible to make an APU that competes with console-. umm, ok. Does he not see this is a contradiction?

Now we know that infinity cache works I feel AMD will be adding that to APU-s. APU-s use system RAM as VRAM that will help equalize the bandwidth that APU-s lack.

I think that if you are on a budget and just bought an Oculus Quest 2 and want to play some PC VR games, that extra ram on the RTX 3060 might be good fit.

gtx 1070 8gb
rtx 2070 8gb
rtx 3070 8gb? and I shouldnt feel burned? Why does it seem like nobody wants to hold Nvidia accountable for this.
