It is amazing how everyone is missing a key requirement of the California CEC regulations The expensive requirement that companies must pay for testing of the -appliances- (computers too) at a California approved 3rd party laboratory for each and every variation of an item they wish to sell in the state. so it is not a ban, just a very expensive certification. and every time a component is changed. more tests, costs, etc. everyone knows electronics are constantly built with what parts are available at the time and if a part is no longer available they substitute similar but different parts that probably have no real world effect on the item's function. but could require another test/certification. That is why companies may choose to limit what is sold in California and the other lemming states. so, to our comrades who live in the USSC (United Socialist State of California) quit complaining about your rolling blackouts, high cost of fuel and power, high taxes, lock downs and other government regulations you vote in the lawmakers who do this and if you don't like it. vote for lawmakers who believe in your right to choose and freedom. just saying. quit moving to Texas and ruining things here. okay?

Are you really going to mention sim update 5 for Flight Sim 2020 without mentioning the huge controversy there is about it right now? A big chunk of the players can't play it since it keeps crashing to desktop, even after troubleshooting and reinstalling. Even worse, some can't even re-install, it just refuses to. People are talking about either leaving the game completely or even starting a class-action lawsuit to get their money back for a game that no longer works. The hotfix that was supposed to fix it, did nothing, and some fixes were even reverted in the patch they sent out. This is huge news in the sim community.

LOL at the 6600XT price. Dreaming. AMD is killing brand goodwill left right and centre. OK Intel, $200 card field abandoned. what can you do? Both AMD and Intel are too busy screwing over their customers to compete with you!

So they aren't banning gaming PCs they're banning power consumption which in turn bands gaming pcs. Thanks for the irrational circular whatever logic you got going on there
