More sorcery! It's almost like you knew I needed this tutorial at this exact moment. I was just pulling my hair out (not literally) over how to get this amazing photo to look right. The one thing I struggle with is halos when I try to black and white process. They are very light but it's enough to bother me. There are so many photos I can process now! Just tried it and it works fantastic.

Love your videos, but in this case there is a much easier and equally effective method that doesn't require any selection to be made. Simply change the blend mode of the clone stamp to darken then sample the brighter sky and just glide over the edge! Nothing darker than your clone stamp selection will be affected! Cheers Pete

Try pulling up Bad Real Estate Photos and you'll really be scared! How agents can let some of these images go online to see a house. BUT. LOVE this video! Using it tonight after a sky replacement.

The Bad HDR examples were funny: -)
I use the Clone stamp and healing brush, back and forth. Healing brush blends, and the clone stamp copies exatly. as you have said. :-)

it did not go completely black on the opacity example, because it was only the 10% of the opacityness that already was there, instead of 10% of the original picture.

Even your old videos are great, but I love seeing the growth in sound and visual presentation quality
