we are going to use patch tool and fade patch selection to achieve the same. Hope this helps you CARLOS: Great tip. Thanks for sharing. The big problem is to remove hot spots which are close to eyes and hair. In this case I use the color range function and select some points of hor spots. Then I reduce the fuziness to get only the problematic areas. Then I just use a brush (opacity 30%) and paint those areas with color samples taken from areas nearby.

Great video. Easy to follow and execute. It was very timely, I just had this issue today and your video helped me to address it. I also used your quick skin softening to even out the masking, at 10-20% opacity. You are a trusted source for me - thank you!

Once again Unmesh to the rescue. Just got a photo from a client with a subject in direct sunlight and huge hotspots. Watched this, and fixing the image took about the same amount of time. all billable

Using PS CC and after using Patch tool to make a selection, Fade is grayed out and unselectable. Nothing I do will make it available. I'm bummed bc this is exactly the tip I need.
