Hi Unmesh. Thanks for the tutorial - I love your method of tuition. I have found that for the first part (removal of the red colour) adding a Hue and Saturation layer then changing the Master to Red and taking the Saturation slider all the way to the left completely removes the reds very quickly.

Thanks Unmesh for a clear and helpful demonstration. I've not used Selective Colour before. Could I achieve the same colour changing control by using Hue/Saturation adjustment layer with the targeted eye dropper to pick the Colour?

I just Select the sclera, hit Ctrl+U, and lower the saturation by about 30 or 40%.
Looks amazing and takes 15 seconds.
