I just hit a road block. So apparently, my Oil Paint filter is greyed out. The documentation says your Photoshop must be updated. Yes. Mine is fine with CC 2020. OpenCL must be enabled. This one is greyed out. So the only option given to me was to get a better card that supports OpenCL. My life sucks.

This is a long tutorial even at 1. 25 speed but it is well worth it. Im about to do this and just record it as an action or I can make this a template with all them layers and just substitute the source cut out photo and switch backgrounds. I am about to make my whole family into GTA characters, LOL!

This is the indepth detailed tutorial but I prefer quicker one! I edited gta iv loading screen in just few minutes using mobile editors lol! And result wasn't that much different nowadays there are tons of apps on mobile to edit but for extremely detailed editing you definitely need Photoshop

What's the difference in selecting the object with lasso tool and pen? Isnt lasso tool much more easier than using the pen?

GTV is vector art man, cant be make it with photoshop, you should try illustrator or another vector program; )
