Used plays.tv client for years (gaming capture only) - no watermarks/limits. Free. Just create an account. Unlimited uploads. MP4 output. Auto record option to start recording when you launch whatever game in whatever client. and stick markers in as you play make reviewing afterwards easy.Or manual record to whatever custom length you want and can be put on assignable hotkeys. Also setting for recorrd the last X seconds of gameplay - up to ten mins. Save smaller clips from one large one. Also you can import other media files to upload to the website. (montages created etc). Only restriction is 60fps at 1080p max. Works perfectly, basic clip editor built in - no hit on my PC I've ever noticed.

Flash Back Express doesn't come with watermarks, but Flash Back Express Pro does. I used Flash Back pro because I wanted to be able to edit my videos without downloading a separate program. It had this annoying watermark and I hated it so I just uninstalled it because I'm not about to pay for something just so I can record my screen and edit the video. It's not even so special that I should have to pay for it. But hey, I have a nvidia geforce graphics card so could chose their stream program!

Flashback Express is just what I needed until I can afford Camtasia. You are the first person I heard speak of it. I just downloaded it from your link and tested it (I hope it's an affiliate). I'm not a gamer, I do news/pop culture reviews and sometimes want to show a news article or scroll through an Instagram account. I only need part of a screen for that. FBX is perfect for my needs. Thanks so much. #thumbsup

I am trying to be a Roblox/ Bloxburg youtuber! I use Fillmora 9 i am currently using the 'free' version But the watermark is BADD!! the watermark goes straight across the screen and, there is like a weird thing that is at the end! it is annoying. But the editing is soo easy! I am Noob at everything. Therefore when I TRY to upload a video, it never works it say's your upload has failed Do you have any advice?

I use OBS. I used to use ManyCam but ManyCam uses too much resources and heats up the CPU a lot. But trying to record a portion of a window in OBS is something I haven't figured out yet, and it is frustrating. I'm going to try Flashback Express to see if it is easier to use. Thank you for sharing this valuable video!

OBS: Way too confusing . OBS records only black screen. I tried a lot of things to fix it those glitches. 2 out of 5 iSpring: It keeps crashing. 1 out of 5 Invidia: I can't download it. But it's really good anyways. 4 out if 5 FlashBack Express: good but it kinda deletes itself TinyTake: Not reviewed

Always remember free items are trcky. Honestly speeking, if you do need a recorder for your work or recording game, I think you guys shuold try paid ones, like bandicam, RecMaster, moviva etc, They all did a great job. Choose the one fulfill your needs.

I have ruled out OBS Studio because it doesn't run on my Surface Book. The project blames NVIDIA. However, it seems other software works. I have dual graphics, integrated intel and NVIDIA. Potentially, I need to record both.

I was using FBX, and I tried to film something. But when I when I watched it back there was this extremely loud static noise, it was like a monster screaming at me. Don't get it. Maybe the payed version is better though.
