Hmm... If someone is really interested about the best pro video editors, I would advise Blender. No it's not a joke and all is free... unless you decide to donate money to support Blender, which would be very appreciated . Yes, Blender is a 3D modeling and also 2D / 3D animating software sometimes related to games, but in real it is a studio application for video animations, non linear video editing, special video effects and etc.. and you can combine all in your timeline. Yet Blender can do more than unleashing your effects fantasy in combination with real 3D... it can share your renders through your network and your 8K videos could become a joke through on your team hands even for the most complex videos.

nice, but i hate subscriptions,so i use pinnacle studio 21 ultimate,i also hate the subscription for corel's photoshop,so i use affinity photo and topaz studio a lot of organisations are doing subsriptions nowadays (corel, eastwest, etc),i won't be a purchasser on their sites, only if they have the option to buy the program at a reasonable price,if you add all the money you spended every month on photoshop, then you can invest in extra programs from affinity (designer'illustrator) or buy extra effects in topaz studio, either way, these programs transcend photoshop in a whole

So what you're saying is Vegas Pro Edit is the best in this Top Three video. The market for Crapintosh is so small you should've given them their own video with #1 being Upgrade to PC and get this program. And the #1 you listed is subscription only which means it's garbage. Subscription-based computer services (a magazine about computers isn't a computer service) need to go away.

The video is very informative and very helpful. Thank you for sharing the knowledge about video editing. I'm a corel video studio pro user since i started editing video for weddings, birthdays, etc.. I found my video editor very powerful; the performance is so great! All i need is in my corel video studio pro!

I have been using Sony Vegas Pro since 2010 and now I have Magix Vegas Pro 15 and I found it to be the best in performance, quality, features and multiple cinema file formats! It s faster than any other editing software. Resolve is really good too but little complex and sometimes slow to work on.

TechGumbo watching love your videos. What video software would you recommend for someone who uses video editing for home only and distribute them among's family member via DVD? I would send them via email or post them on Facebook or YouTube but the files can be large. And a few are not exactly tech savvy.

Let me add another comment about Adobe Premiere CC. If your internet connection is simply slow, or your firewall is adjusted incorrectly, you may find that the program is painfully slow or limits access. Several versions back, they also eliminated the jog/shuttle control. I considered that a step backwards.

I need some opinions on what editor I should use. I had a computer before but it exports for a long time and crashes. But now I have an i7 8th gen and NVIDIA GeForce Graphics Card. Can anyone recommend me a good Free Editor and a Premium one that's easy/simple to use. Any help would be great!

I can never really understand why Avid Media Composer never makes it onto these top editing vids, if you're going into the pro film industry or just broadcasting more than 90% of people use it... Just saying... If you're looking at a career in editing it would be the perfect place to start
