I would just spread all my files across the free versions of all cloud storage services.
This introduces the problem of not knowing where a given file is stored on which cloud service, so I'd keep a spreadsheet to solve that.
I imagine that'd be a pain in the ass (I wouldn't know as I've never had to store that many files) and it wouldn't fly in a professional setting at all, but it would work for a thrifty person.

While all others are good, degoo is absolutely crap. They delete you photos for no reasons at times. However not always. If you do not have something you need for long term then it is useful else no way. Also their end to end encryption is not good.

How come Google Photo sometimes edits my drone videos and adds music. It is fantastic when that happens, but not often. Can i get it on a permanent basis. That would be awesome. Great video and interesting.
