Did the Medicine ball workout this morning for the first time and loved it! Having done the P90X workout and then switching to the Athlean X workouts, -
The P90x workout is comparable to if you put a $99 paint job on an old car. Sure it would look good on the surface but if you look closely, you will find the flaws and it won't last. With an Athlean-X 'paint job- you're taking off the rust, sanding down the bad spots and priming everything for the good overall paint job that will indeed last.

(reply) as of now im 5'9- 225. i was benching in my sets and reps 275lbs. im 40 years old and am not only trying but WILL get my body weight to 200lbs. i just lost a lil strenght when i was kutting weight. ive been on the program now and the strength is comming back. i can now get back to my 120lbs dumbbells in each hand(Bench) i have a set of ironmaster dumbbells and thats all they go up to. take care evryone and DONT GIVE UP!

-If I may, I would offer one super tiny suggestion on your rolling squats, (and this might be because you were talking for camera) but training with your chin tucked against your chest on the way down will help reduce risk of hitting the back of your head on an actual fall backwards. A good habit to get into.

Nice video this, the medicine ball is a great way to work out because it's not your normal workout everyday routine, the exercises you do with both the dead ball and the wall ball is a lot of fun I give my students a variety of exercises to get them in top shape, many of them have lost the pounds and have really toned up.

Jeff Can you plzzzz do more conditioning workouts with Med Ball and Stability ball. i would like to have different variations so i can do between my strength training from your athleanx program thankss! Great workout! I just did it few minutes ago! -
3 mins. Skipping warmed up, 1 circuit, interval skipping and then another circuit and finished with skipping again. I've sweat as crazy! Thank you! -
And. You were right. 8 is enough!

Excellent! Truly a full body workout. And the buttock exercise is often forgotten especially with the medicine ball. I own two hard medicine balls, this convinces me to add a soft medicine ball to my home fitness equipment.

Is there a difference between using a soft medicine balls or the rubber medicine balls in the -8 is enough- workout? Which type of ball do you use and what do you recommend for someone who is generally fit but new to medicine ball workouts?

Im just starting out. I bought a 8 pound medicine ball. i'm 5'6 female, 110 pounds. is 8 pounds to heavy for me? should I have got a 6 pound one? I'm just wanting to tone up and show a bit of definition.

it is called showbizz my friend so that other people see his abs and what to get some too so they either watch the rest of his videoes for his great excersices(really they are great) or buy his book or whatever.
