I understand you are trying to keep it simple, but with a little more effort and research, there are healthier options like: ezekiel bread (great grains and less preservatives, organic peanut butter (or make your own in a high speed blender, or by investing in a vita mix, fresh tuna/salmon (packs just as easily without canned preservatives, and real chocolate with more than 60% cacao (hershies chips are just pure sugar. I see how much effort guys put into working out, we can put more effort into the components of what we eat. Most healthier choices are just as convenient once you figure it out, and not much more expensive, especially compared to the benefit for your body. Obviously do what makes sense with availability, and budget. The goal is to be healthier.

wow, I'm doing great! bread once a month, no canned anything, nothing wrapped, nothing in a jar, I eat a variety of fresh cooked foods mostly veggies and little meats from a Thai restaurant (In Thailand. on the go i take a bag of raw veggies or grab fruit (Thailand has food vendors everywhere) between 5 and 7 I am done eating and plenty. I chew on herbs sometimes like ginger.
I make a power shake with bean sprouts i grow at home, tumeric root, cinnamon, banana, coconut water, maca and maringa powder. then allow 2 major cheat days per month which the scale doesn't budge because my cheat days are whats on Jeffs counter so I am doing pretty good! My cheat days is having scrammed eggs and bacon, ice cream etc but stop eating past 4 or 5pm.

I-m 38 years old and I really want to change my lifestyle for the rest of my life but I feel like I don-t have the knowledge. I would really like to get advice on how I can get that knowledge? I would be for ever greateful and I-m really ready for a change

I love your videos, but I think you have to read more about the organic Vs. GMOs foods because is most healthy for your body. For example, regular whey protein is made with the cows that are fed with GMOs, hormones and chemicals that cause a lot of issues in your Body such as, cancer. In fact, the bread that you recommend has artificial colours and a lot of GMOs, The ones you recommended are not a smart snack those contaminated your body with differents artificial sweets, colours and chemicals. Please, I would like that you to read more about the raw or organic foods. thank you!

I was just making a Pb&J while watching this. When I saw the peanut butter on his table I froze thinking, 'Come on Jeff dude, say it's a good thing. Say it's a good thing! -
It's my all time favorite snack!
. and in case anyone avoids Pb&J sandwiches as a packed snack because of the soggy jelly bread effect. if you put peanut butter on both slices of bread the jelly won't make the 'jelly side' soggy.
. no jelly side, no sog yo!
Err. .or something.
Thanks for all extremely helpful videos Jeff!

what about for someone that is very picky? I don't eat a lot of junk food, mainly because i don't like it, cake for example. Does blood type have anything to do with it? I've seen studies that suggest different blood types have different diets and workout routines. So what do you recommend for 15-16 Year old Blood type O's? (Assuming that even makes a difference)
IDK if you even read comments on this video seeing how old it is, but it's worth asking anyways.

Is this video a satire? All the options presented as -smart snacks for six pack abs- are ridiculous! Peanut butter with -healthy bread-, cheese, protein bars? The only decent option is hard boiled eggs, which you shouldn-t eat every day. Do you even have any knowledge on healthy food and nutrition in general? I-d rather believe that you-re purposely misleading the viewers, and maybe they deserve it

For the PB&J you should have talked about getting all natural PB, without all the extra salt and sugars added. And the jelly, with all the carbs and sugar so maybe go natural or what i do is get one piece of bread (whole grain) get the all natural PB, and chop up a lot of strawberries and i call that a good and healthy PB&J

Personally, a favorite snack of mine is a peanut butter banana sandwich. Organic fresh ground peanut butter (if your grocery store has those grinders) and a banana sliced down the middle as the -bread. - With a VERY thin (paper clip thin) strip of honey down the middle. Delicious and healthy
