-NovakGoran Yes definitely. In fact, there are no scripted workouts on the weekends in the AthLEAN-X System and depending on the level of activity in your muay thai training they may easily slot into the conditioning workouts on Tuesday and Thursday as a workable substitution.

i have a problem with that kind of excercise. i cant stand from my back. sometimes i think im very close but still can to this. what excercises may help me? can anyone help?

-NovakGoran remember the way your body looks is all in your diet you can do any program out there but it wont make a difference unless you eat right

Right probably asking in the wrong place, but sometimes when i jump i'm fine, othertimes, it feels like my gooch is after exploding, whats happening?

Great exercise! Try going between this and a burpee (with a pushup and knee tuck jump, back and forth until you almost die!
