Wow that looks really diffcult, maybe later down the line when I'm in better shape. But I do have your program Jeff its a great program. Thank you for making a concise easy to follow program. Anybody watching this video who is looking for a clear and to the point program to follow, and one that does not limit you, or consume your week; this is the program to follow. I can't wait till I get some more money so I may purchase his new TNT workouts, that concentrate on particular areas of the body.

hey jeff, im 16 and ive been struggling trying to find a successful way to lose body fat. my body fat is 18% and my goal is to get to about 10% so i can see my abs. you seem to really know what your talking about and i was wondering if you had any solution to my problem, idk whether to do high intensity cardio such as heavy bag workouts and sprints or to take 40-50 min, slow jogs. id really appreciate some advice, thanx

Hey, Jeff. Any advice for running with asthma? I saw your video on improving pushups by squeezing your biceps together, and it's worked fantastically well. I figured with your background in physiotherapy and training you might have some ideas.
I can run maybe 10 minutes before I get short of breath. I use my inhaler; just wondering if there's any tips or body mechanics that I hadn't heard of.

-dwdan - You're totally right! A person may have a beautiful built and yet nto be fit. In this case however, I can see Jack is in impressive fit conditioning. Why do I know that? Did you check the length of the hill and the speed he takes to complete his workout? He does it so well, he makes it look easy than it is. I love Jacks videos which I just discovered last night.

Is each -round- the 4 excercises or is each up/down one round? I have a much, much steeper hill. To the point i cant sprint it due to sheer angle of steepness. Can I still do this? Or does the slowed pace compromise anything? ( gonna try it but I'm curious. It's Mt. Trashmore in Va Beach for reference.

-moddingpc lol alright alright. I walk down the hill, but there are a lot of guys that run down to build speed. And the way he's running would not put a whole lot of pressure on the knees. Would you mind explaining the physics you're talking about?

this is actually a really good way of keeping fit uno, if anyone wants to run on a treadmill for an hour a day go right ahead im spendin about 5 - 10 minutes doing this FUN condition training with a hell of a lot better results!

-moddingpc whats better for you isn't better for everyone else. If flat sprints work good for you stick to them. Personally I prefer sledded sprints. Work with what keeps you on track, but don't criticize others

-Gazzoy Ha, I just finished my first week of Athlean X as well. Good Luck! I think this is an amazing program. I'm doing workouts I've never done before and the meal plan is awesome as you already know.

QUESTION!
Is sprinting a good compliment during muscle building workouts?
If I workout my body 5 days a week
when is a good time to add sprints?
Because I really want to be cut and ripped
