-wayofthefighter and sandbag. Although the saying that abs are made in the kitchen is true, if you really want your abs to show then you have to do more than just lower your body fat%. If that were true then all the guys from the last season of the ultimate fighter would have six packs and as you saw, the low body fat 155 lb guys did not. Jeff actually tells you it is a combination of both the diet and the right exercises. Your core is always working yes but that is the very reason why you shou

-Wayofthefighter your abs will do the work in all exercises since its the core of your body. dont worry about the ab exercises. if you want a 6 pack its not about the exercises its about the fat % on your belly. eat less but eat more often 4-6 meals a day and make your you get at least 20-25 grams of protein to each meal, drink water and avoid sugar added drinks. and after a while your abs will be a lot more visible. your abs are getting trained no matter what body exercise you do.

Though it may be wrong but agonist and antagonist muscles can contract at same time to stabilize ie in gait. Yes correct the scull crusher is best done when the arm is not fully extended thus no rest between repetitions. If the arm is vertical then you are adding compression to the olecranon. The last exercise combines shoulder flexion(biceps/other shoulder flexors) with triceps extending arm-not an isolated movement. Not your best video, and I have seen many.

so 15 sets for 1 muscle, unless your on the roids and have built up the volume over years, its overtraining for anyone, its also a massive waste of time, triceps are a small muscle. Dips, narrow bench and JM bench are the biggest tricep bang for the buck, id do very little isolated tricep beyond those and never all in the same workout. You could easily cut that volume in half.

that makes no difference whatsoever, it actually puts the tricep in a shortened position relative to the shoulder. Thekey is the angle of the upper arm relative to gravity, the bench angle doesnt change that. The biceps wont be involved at all if the arm stays vertical, nobody that understands biomechanics would go forward more than the shoulder

Good video. The way i used to do this is holding my arms straight up in the air but i would leave my arms slightly bent just enough so that i dont look my arms into place. That would maintain the tension on the tricep. Now im not saying its the best way to do it but it kinda helped.

what you feel is irrelavant, kinesiology dictates otherwise. As a matter of fact, an incline, not decline would make the exercise harder, the exact opposite of your position. Triceps shoulde be worked in diferent amounts of shoulder flexion positions for best results.

I've been using this technique the past few weeks, and I really, really like that by taking the arm back an inch or two, I've increased the intensity without having to increase the weight. At forty-three, the less stress on my body the better. Thank you.
