Thank you for your advice and information. I replay your videos and you manage to keep the original shape slightly muscular, but not bloated like some of your competitors who have seen them swell As months and we understand their gonflettes by steroids and other products not healthy for the body in the long run.
I know what I said, in 61 years I continued the training and I in shape, because I always avoid bulking up. Because more muscles are weighty, they become difficult to train in aging. thank you again for your excellent work. Hi from Montreal

-gamakos yes good point i'd like to get a firm flat belly rather than big abs, the whole look I am aiming for is more development definition and strength rather than large. At the moment i am tryng to flatten and firm my belly, any tips for the best way of doing this?

-avengingangelRaziel If you meant either the lateral jumping or the -running- in the same spot, you should probably do each one as quickly as you can. Kind of like plyometrics (generating enough energy to achieve the movement while minimizing the time taken to do so.

Hi Jeff,
Just discovered this video as I was looking for a cardio drill to do in the flat and I came across this one. I'm definitely going to give it a shot!
Big thank you for making the video.

Does this guy do training more athletically or like bodybuilding? I'm looking to get bigger but as an athlete in swimming and cross country in the off season so I can injury proof myself better

As a bike rider, I would like to thank you for this exercise. It's helped to build up my thigh muscles. I would never have though to force my feet side-ways to improve them. Cheers.

Hey jeff which one of the burst workouts would you suggest would be best to replace the normal ladder workouts in the 90 day program for a rugby player (A back position)

Another great video Jeff. I will be incorporating these with my workout routine starting Jan 1st! Once again you have motivated me to push myself further and I thank you.
