Hello Jeff, I really like your chanell, it helped a lot with my training, but can you explain tip #10 more? Fat free milk. I usually don't drink milk every day and also I'm mixing my proteins with water, but I have read in multiple articles (I can try find it and post link here if you want) that who wants to lose fat, should actually drink full fat milk or dairy products, because if body can't even digest the fat from the milk, it will have trouble digesting your own body fat. Is that true or false?

Hello I am really interested in getting six pack abs.
My name is Joel I am 5, 9 132lbs currently. I workout and am naturally a lean guy with low body fat. I am a vegitarian who eats fish and I am have a mild allergy to diary. I avoid meat and cow's milk because I am allergic (surgery related. I was born 24 weeks early and I really want to look like Justin Bieber with amazing abs. I am on Tinder Bumble Hot and Now and Jdate and I go to college and want to show off my muscles. Thanks for the help.

Eggs are not as bad as they are made out to be. The issue with eggs is not so much the cholesterol or the overall fat. When you are on strict caloric intake while bodybuilding or -neuro-building- (strength) additional calories can make the difference between having a gut or looking cut. Eggs are a great affordable source of protein however one egg at 6g pr & 70 cal is a lot of calories when compared to a super filtered whey isolate which can have as much as 30g in as little as 120 calories. :)

Hey, I am a 17 year old who does not have a gym to go to. I only own:
-A set of dumbells (5 kg each)
-A cattle bell (6 kg)
-A incline bench
I am relying on lying leg-lifts to cover the down-to-up motion and various crunches and exercises for the up-to-down.
Are leg-lifts alright? I have been working on a great program and I see myself getting leaner and stronger, but I want to get toned in the right ways. Any help guys?

every one goes at a different paste and every one has a different metabolism. what i can assure you is that by doing cardio, doing ab exercises of all types and eating low fat foods, meaning no junk food, you will start noticing your belly flattening. if you are trully committed and work as hard as you can, ill say 4 months straight you'll have good results

Intermittent fasting, 9 hours of sleep per night, eat only organic from everything from grass fed organic meats to organic spices and everything in between. Your video shows work that looks great BUT for those of us who have tires around our mid sections, do these work for us as well. I have NO MUCLES NO AB ABILITY PERIOD! I need some tips. BTW. I have lost 25 lbs doing plyometrics classes. I am hubgry to get my abs looking better.

How could a teenager attain six pack abs when not flexing. I can flex and have them show, but im not gonna be flexing all the time when without a shirt on. I eat healthy and work my abs 3 times a week, and have reached an 8 minute plank. What could I do to speed up the process?

I know this is an older video but its very well done. I like the toggle between the gym and the kitchen. It really emphasizes how much of an impact our food choices make on our results and progress. It's also nice to see some of your food choices.
