Did you know that over the last few decades, there have been 10 reasons you should avoid eating eggs forever In this video, I am going to do a deep dive into the common claims people make about eggs and why they should be avoided in your diet. We’ll take a look at each claim and whether the latest research agrees with them to give you the best recommendations for whether or not you should eat eggs or not. It seems that over the last 30 years, the news has a new report on the dangers of eating eggs and why you should avoid them completely. These include everything from causing heart disease to being responsible for unsuccessful weight loss efforts. However, is any of this true The first common claim against eggs is that they raise your blood cholesterol levels. Having heard this for years from not just the news, but your family and friends too, you might think that this is the perfect reason to cut eggs out of your diet. So, if this is the case, should you not eat eggs Well, according to more recent research, we thankfully know that your dietary cholesterol does not increase your blood cholesterol levels. So if you thought eating eggs was leading to high cholesterol, you can rest easy knowing that that’s not the case. Eggs increase your risk of heart disease! How many times have you heard someone say that Probably too many, because recent research has shown that moderate egg consumption does not increase your risk for heart disease. This likely stems from the thought that eggs raise your cholesterol, but since we know that this isn’t the case, you need not worry about eating eggs and heart disease. Some people have claimed that eggs should be avoided

My LDL is 11 millimoles (UK) but my triglyceride's are super low and my HDL is high, I Am lean mass hyper-responder, low carb eater.
A lean mass hyper-responder (LMHR) where a person experiences a significant increase in their low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol levels when they consume a low-carb diet. The LMHR phenotype is characterized by
LDL-C levels of at least 200 mg/dl
HDL-C levels of at least 80 mg/dl
Triglyceride (TG) levels of at most 70 mg/dl
A lean physique
Low cardiometabolic risk factors, such as low blood pressure, small waist circumference, and low levels of inflammatory markers
I eat at least 6 raw eggs every day, 3 in each protein shake and may be omelette for dinner so another 3 there. If you really want to know about what gives you heart disease, read this book. The Clot thickens by Dr Malcolm Kendrick

When talking about how dietary cholesterol affects blood cholesterol there is difference in populations: if you have genotype ApoE4 then dietary cholesterol significantly increases cholesterol, if you dont have it, it doesnt. For example 30% of Finns have this genotype and 25% of Americans have it.
Im MD and based on my study of the current literature, most can eat eggs without significant problems, but some have higher risk because of different genes. Eating high amount of eggs might increase your risk of colon cancer. If you eat a lot of red meat, increasing egg consumption can even have positive effects, but if you eat mostly vegetarian with enough protein, eggs might rise lipid levels.

i was eating eggs when i saw your video recommendation. feeeew i still would have eaten them, but this video made them taste better. lol i have learned that if you want good health and a clean soul, literally do 100% the opposite of what media, government, and society tells you. they want you weak, dependent, sick and dead. plus the majority of humans are blind followers. ie the social police brainwashed by the evil government entities. this is obvious i hope

A friends aunt has massively high cholesterol, I mean off the charts numbers, and she's had that since she was 52. Thing is, she's a vegan. It's likely she has some sort of genetic condition that causes this because heart disease runs in her family, and unusually it runs on the women's side of her family.
Once I learned that I started reading about cholesterol and realized the idea that dietary cholesterol being a problem is nonsense.

It's a shame that you completely ignored 2 huge meta-analyses (top quality scientific evidence) that proved eggs considerably and consistently increase all-cause mortality.
Also, the only studies that say eggs are healthy are funded by the American Egg Board.
At this point, I wonder if you are paid by the egg industry as well, considering the huge support on this video from flagged social bots and trolls.
This is really sad.

There isn't much content about it, but the egg health thing is linked to the temperature one cook it. Egg have the good colesterol in them, but cooking them at high temp will break its structure, making the bad colesteral. Best way to eat egg is with boiled water egg, sice the core is very sealed inside it, and it cook very evenly without heating it too much, different when you drop it in the pan, which directly heats and break it

eat 2-4 hard boiled eggs a day and my cholesterol is fine. This has been debunked many times, no idea why they keep recycling these outdated opinions. It's the bad fat you eat and genetics. You can't change your genetics but you can change the types of fats you eat. I added eggs and changes the fats I eat and my total cholesterol went for 190 to 155 and my HDL went up 10 points. Eat eggs, they have so many benefits

I became partially vegan a little less than a year ago due to elevated cholesterol. My dietary changes caused my bad cholesterol to drop significantly down to the normal range. And that was after just five months of an altered diet. I am proof positive that the cholesterol in the eggs I was eating and the meat I was eating (mostly chicken and fish) what's the cause of my elevator cholesterol.

I've eaten 4-6 eggs a day and meat 300(g) avg every day for the past 20 years easy. Big blood work make up at least every 6 months. Blood pressure at least weekly.
While I'm only 38 and I might suddenly die. Every doctor tells me to keep doing whatever I'm doing.
Do some quality cardio. Lift your weights and prioritize buying the best food your income allows.
Let's see how it goes

Most of the people in the comments sections are writing that they won't leave eating eggs by just seeing the cover of the video. the video finally ends with a conclusion that we should actually eat eggs and not even skip the yellow Yorks. plz first watch the whole video (or at least read the video description) and then comment! Yeah too much of anything is always dangerous though.

I eat Egg Beaters, the benefits of eggs without worrying about cholesterol. My cholesterol increases with eating any amount of cholesterol rich foods. I can't take Statins. So I control it through diet & exercise. However, I can eat egg whites, which has the protein, but no cholesterol. Cholesterol level is not an opinion, but a blood test: the Lipid Panel.

Did my Masters thesis on this kind of thing. Almost all of the studies that show up on the news are funded by competitive industries. Ex: Egg industry funds studies that are damning to the dairy industry and vice versa. How they continue to scare us into thinking that plants and protein are unhealthy is beyond me.
Keep making videos like this Jeff!

I love eggs but I overdid it for a while. Even though the cholesterol doesn’t matter, they have a lot of saturated fat which can increase blood cholesterol. I still eat eggs, but when I was eating 6 every day my ldl was 197 which is dangerously elevated and cutting down my eggs drastically helped. So just don’t obsessive like I was I guess haha

F. Y. I. Jessie’s eggroll popped out during that news broadcast. Only soy boys and childless cat ladies are afraid of eggs. Stallone has been pounding raw eggs for decades and he’s still just as ripped as Clarence bass. Every morning I pound a dozen eggs and six anabolic mega packs with tanning pill chasers. I feel fine. :-)

I heat 5-6 eggs a day, but no sugar or bread/grains. My weight is going down, my energy levels are fine, and my cholesterol is fine.
The mainstream media is fcked, and some of these studies they quote are bogus.
Really like this format and setup of the video, though. It's a fun spin!

The color of the egg doesnt directly correlate to a difference in nutrition, however, local chickens that have actual forage in their diets will have a much better mineral and micronutrient content. In that sense non bleached eggs generally wont be from a factory farm

If you cant see the concerted push in all sectors of media, abetted by compromised scientists and medical organizations, to get people to stop eating all forms of animal meats and products (e. g. eggs, you aren't paying attention. There's an agenda here.

What I've heard is the bad cholesterol in eggs is from oxygen mixing in with the yolk. So if you're doing scrambled eggs, resist stirring the eggs a lot. I did soft boiled so the yolk isn't fully cooked yet it's still in the shell so low oxygen.

My mum tried to convince me that eating steak would clog my arteries. Yet she drinks alcohol In fact almost all the people claiming that eating cholesterol is bad, also drink. And I think we can call agree that alcohol is most definitely bad.

It's funny, we had this discussion in Germany around 15years ago.
Now even my grandma eats eggs again.
Dear Americans, feel free to check the European Nutrition recommendations too, they're obviously a better job than the American
