I'd really love to see you cover some of Nick nilsons stuff Jeff. I admire the way you both modify the angles in popular exercises to enhance their effectiveness. Specifically I liked how you both came up with a similar exercise. His tilted dumbell bench press and your 3d crossover target the chest as a compound movement fantastically and comically at the same angle. I'd really love to see you cover some of the mad scientist's material seeing as you yourself are just as mad a scientist in the gym.

My buddy and I did this program today as a break from our regular chest/shoulder day. This week to prepare for the next program, we are implementing it for chest/s and back day to give our hands a rest before 6 awesome weeks of deadlifts, dumbbell benches, overhead presses etc so we do legs, this, auxillaries, this, legs with ab days for the two rest days ( and a swim) and it was Intense. I had to take an extra, two min rest during to breathe. It was a true athletic test i maxed 60/120/75/55

but i think we can meet in the middle if i say. schumachers movies are the shittyest pieces of crap i have ever seen. XD

i recommend 3-4 times 1-2 x a week, no more and on 4th time you should feel like its kinda easy then skip it for a whole month then 3-4 times again but again since you can adjust the weight on this, u might be able to do it more times without hitting the plateau depending on ur level of fitness. Definitely when u don't get the rush anymore, CHANGE AND MOVE ON

Have a pull up bar? Hang a rope over it, attach some weights to one end and pull on the other end. If you find the rope slides along the bar, wrap some electrical tape around it until it's half an inch or so thick, half an inch or so apart and put the rope between those. Works for me.

Batmans plans to take down the whole justice league was hacked from his computer and brought to life and he had to help the justice league beat the villain that hacked his computer. Enemies cower to batman before superman batman owns all lmao.

Man i really want those dumbbells, i've got the basic home equipment, like a pull up bar, some stretches. but they look so easy to use and better to exercise with, it's only that they cost 800 dollars. :/

Jeff I've been following your for over four years and this is one of my favorite videos. I like how into the theme you got with the comic book editing. The 8 breaths between sets is a sweet idea.
