I prefer Ax over A-xx because it is more informative and because it has me thinking not about aesthetics but on building proper form to function optimally. Of course, my brain just mops up all the science behind the exercise and nutrition videos. I wish I had Jeff as a lecturer when I was getting through my degree in Exercise Science because he explains things so well and in great detail. He knows his stuff. Pure science, no pseudoscience junk.

I have both programs athlene xx and athelene x I find that athene xx was good to start with but I prefer athlene xx now that I have been working out a while. I like the variety Jeff gives in his workouts compared to the woman's athlene xx. Plus I enjoy watching Jessie goof around. Jeff Cavalier is one trainer who practices what he preaches. Total respect to a man who is true to what he believes in.

Jeff love your vids! I've based my whole fitness arnsenal on your advice and training methods, quite frankly if I had the money I would buy all your products! I am 18 years old and I'm at about 9% BF. I wanted to know if doing your burst fat burning videos combined with weight training and daily ab training be enough to burn that last 2-3%? My diet is also in check. A response would be great. best regards all the way from South-Africa!

Jeff I'm 19 years old and I'm wondering is there any difference in nutrition between me or older people? I've already had pretty visible abs but I haven't got a perfect sixpack (I train calisthenics. I eat a lot of good stuff, no sweets and I take care of my diet. Can I cut my calories or do I have to eat as much as I want/need? Would be great if you made a video about that on Wednesday's Washbroad. All the best!

hey Jeff i'm a baseball player i'm 14 years old and i have shoulder pain when e throw a ball i'm a pitcher but when i throw a ball right when i let the ball go i pain hits me i think its nerv pain but or some bad machinics can you please reply ta me what kind of exercises can i do to reduse shoulder pain and prevent it and if you know what i'm doing wrong thank you

Do women strenth training. WITH WEIGHTS LIKE THE GUYS DO! Why is it good for guys to get muscles first but not women?
Since Ive been watching the male videos. i realized all the injuries i have gotten since trying to get back in shape are because of muscles that are not developed. Come on Jeff. Do ur videos for both guys and girls and stop separating them, please.

hey can anyone out there tell me if this is a good diet. ok so im gonna only consume protein shakes nothing else ok my limit is 2 a day I will consume a total of 80 grams of protein and only 400 calories and I work out 3 days a week is this good enough or am I making a big mistake? please help

Jeff - why don't you do a video wearing a -fit-bit- and let us know how many calories we can expect to burn in a 45 min- 1hr workout. I would think it varies a bit depending on the person, but I'm wondering if a 1hr workout burns 400 calories, 600 calories, etc. Please post one-

I don't like the format of XX, I miss your charisma, your explanations there. I wanna build muscle and would love to have specific guidance on how to build muscle, without focusing on -losing-, or aesthetics. I just watch Athlean X with you there, and follow your advice

I have developed even more respect towards you, Jeff. Jeff speaks nothing but the cold hard truth, with perseverance and effort anything is possible. Which proves Jeff isn't just a PT and a coach but a genuine good friend to all of us.

Other channel videos
