s top professional athletes. One of the most common questions asked is whether someone needs to take supplements in order to build muscle and see results. It is a good question and one that has two completely different answers depending on the person asking it. In this video, I explain to you 5 reasons you need to take supplements and when you never should take them. If you can-t deal with brutal honesty however, I would advise you not to watch, as some feelings may be hurt. To determine whether or not you are a candidate for supplementation you have to start with your experience level and current condition. If you are just starting out and are relegated to lifting 5 pound dumbbells for most of your exercises, you are likely not ready for supplements. You can gain far more benefits focusing on building up your strength and foundation while learning proper form and the best way to train than with stuffing your face with supplements. The same can be said if you have allowed your diet and nutrition to put you grossly overweight. Supplements are not your savior. You first must figure out how to rededicate yourself to your nutrition so that you can lose enough weight to make supplements a viable part of the discussion once again to take you and your results to the next level. Next you have to ask yourself if you are motivated enough to take supplements. Some people view supplementation as a way to be lax with the rest of their fitness and nutrition plan. They figure that as long as they are taking the supplements that they don-t have to worry much about everything else. Couldn-t be further from the truth. On the other hand, sometimes the act of supplementing makes you much more accountable for the rest of your actions. In this case, it can be a great advantage to helping you stay on track. If stress is a big part of your life, be it from your work or family, supplements can become even more necessary to help keep you on track and combat that. We all know that proper nutrition and fueling can go a long way towards helping your body fight fatigue and breakdown. If stress is heavy in your life then you would particularly want to look into supplements to help keep you healthy and consistent with your nutrition in the face of schedule disruption. Finally, ask yourself if you think that you can get all the benefits of supplements from food alone. If you think so, I can tell you in most cases you are wrong. For instance, there is simply no practical way to get as much creatine as you would need to experience its benefits from food alone. I said practical. Sure, you may be able to do it in theory, but when you consider the roadblocks that I present to you in the video you quickly realize this won-t work. For a complete supplement and nutrition line that is tested and trusted by today-s top professional athletes, be sure to head to and get your Rx Supplement bundle. Feel what a difference supplementation can make and see first hand how it can take your results to the next level

It's about time someone explained the importance of establishing The Basics. Every Tom, Dick, Harry, and their cousins try to fast-track gains by taking a bunch of stuff before they even know that the hell they're doing.
Next do a viddy on learning the basic movements BEFORE trying to move on to complex advanced workouts that will only benefit those who actually HAVE muscle already. Remember the saying -you have to first have a turkey before you can carve it-?
This is something that needs to be addressed as I see so many guys trying to do flys with the entire weight stack and they're flat-chested with no pec development to begin with. Totally wasted their time. PLEASE ADDRESS THIS NEXT!

-Earn the right-. Anyone who is specifically true to themselves would have this in their portfolio of life. Goes without saying when ticketed to any avenue that one is about venture into. Start small, seek more only when one has found it not to be a whim or quick fix to a desire. I started out getting back into biking by finding a older quality bike at a local bike shop. Two years later i stepped it up a bit. My desired end result was a fully carbon road bike. Same with other things. Earn the right, put that as your goal, to reward oneself with the pay off, but, earn that right first.

The taste is unbearable, with too much sugar in it. 6 grams sugar in 19 grams ( a scoop) of powder! Read the list of ingredients before you buy. All three jars contain sucralose or Splenda, the artificial sweetener that causes gut upset.
I am afraid to destroy a microbiome taking so much Splenda every day. Animal studies link sucralose to negative effects on the bacterial environment in the gut. I would love to buy the RX supplements from you as soon as you release an unflavored version without any artificial sweeteners and organic. The product is overpriced and has no refund.

Ive been a fan for years and have seen so much results based off your information. I-ve agreed with everything you-ve ever said or done and take it as gospel EXCEPT your opinions about supplements and protein powder. I think they are a waste of time manufactured by the giant health companies, and it sells. There-s a reason Whole Foods work. When we consume an artificially textured protein powder our body does not recognise the concentrated nutrient as it does in whole foods. You need to consume all the nutrients with which the food came.

Yo guys can you help me out Im 15 years old, I work out 6 days a week and I take whey protein daily, I started fairly skinny and I already gainned a couple pounds
Right now I wrokout at home since in my country it is still in lockdown(I have about 20 pounds dumbells and a pullup bar and some ressistance bands, Is it okay for me to take creatine if yes how much should I take? And when should I take it? ,and should I take Whey with it, Would really apreciate it if you could help me out thx

Why not do both? And the protein powder may give the lifter, and especially the beginning lifter, a bit of a psychological boost to be more 'in the game' of lifting thereby taking it more seriously. No harm, no foul as far as I'm concerned. Especially for a supplement like creatine which is proven, is very inexpensive, and maybe just enough to give the beginner that needed 'boost' to feel like he's in 'the game! '.

I am an Endomorph, I-m not fat but I-m overweight with a big belly. I-ve been taking WHEY protein shakes and it-s gotten me bloated. I want to take creatine but I-m not sure how. Given this information and how I-m an Endomorph, which means I get fat quickly, how should I diet and what should I do to get rid of my stomach and problem with my bloating which is most likely caused by the WHEY protein shakes?

Why does your muscularity looks like the typically user of Anabolic Steroids?
The stone like hardness and skin tone is so unnatural looking.
You can no deny you sometimes take diuretics to achieve the look on some of your videos.
Sadly you seem to know what you are talking about, but it seems your fallacious idea of what perfect health should look like, is sending a conflicting mixed-message.

My problem with some supplements is not in the supplement itself but in the manufacturing process/environment. Consumer reports tested something like 12 protein powders and every single one had unhealthy levels of heavy metals. I have never seen any testing on other types of supplements. If I thought Jeff was making this stuff in his home in a safe environment I would definitely take his stuff.

I have an important question, but first I would like to mention is that I just read online that if a creatine that does NOT have a CREAPURE label on it, then it is low quality coming from china. That being said, there are Top brand companies that have creatine that are NOT made from creapure, so it is made in China with possible toxicities in it. What is you opinion on this? Thank you
