Great vids & advice man, really appreciate it. I'll switch the third one out for pikes on trx and carry on w/ the ol' bread & buttah crunches. Today I traded out ab work on the mat for leg raises on power tower because I'm too lazy to depopulate the kettlebell patch for space. Was humbling, seems like the missing link to some body weight feats I'm working on too. Used this guys ab routines before, he knows his stuff.

I work in a vape shop with a huge back room, lots of stools, and got motivation like a MF. I do body weight stuff in sets throughout the day depending on customers. when this dude really said -I-I kinda wanna see your ass- I damn near shit my pants and fell from the stools I was using because I laughed so hard. That was funny but dammit Jeff don-t say shit like that. We follow along man. dangerous joke placement lol

Awsome, jeff u the man I follow the perfect abs workout vid u previously did and expanded on my routine from basic situps (yessh) and every second day do holy trinity on kitchen bench, now getting stable on my rotational excerises. and look foward to my routine as now i have a variety of excerises to do now. cheers again.

I drive a semi truck and I don-t have anything like that around me in my truck; I have put a pull up bar in my truck. I also got straps that go on the pull up bar to work my abs. And on the lower bed I can do dips from the side of my bed. Do you have any good abs ideas for that?

I really like the videos you make but i always thought or was taught to breathe out when pushing and in this video when you are contracting you are holding ur breath and when bringing the legs down you are breathing out? Is there a special reasoning for this?

I'll have to use rings for those, as it's just not practical any other way for me really. Haven't got dip bars, which would be ideal
