I have a good obliques workout that I call Poopers. You take two dumbells and stretch your arms out to either side while standing, and then you rotate and then stop your rotation and rotate the other direction, and keep doing that, reversing the momentum of the weights. It targets your obliques and makes the poop flow to the bottom of your digestive tract, so it can also help with going to the bathroom, but don't do it unless you are near a restroom.

I-m Nefi. I would like you make a video mention what exercise is needed for each line to get the best abs or core.
I mean. this movement works for. (each square from the six pack / core etc. ) I don-t know if I-m myself clear.
Thank you! Have an excellent 2021!

Here is a better tip. Don't 'do' abs at all. Get better and stronger at core compound lifts. Then eat at a calorie deficit to get down to a certain body fat percentage. There you go, strong visible abs -

At 0: 40, poor form by Daisy: excessive internal rotation of the shoulder with the way her paw is draped over Jesses arm. Definitely gonna kill some gains and lead to possible impingement issues.

Could you perhaps talk a bit about ab exercises for someone with Diastasis Recti? It's most common in women after pregnancy, but a lot of overweight men including myself have it too.

I found that at the RKC plank, if you have your feet on something that is slipping from the floor it's way harder, as you need to contract even more to keep them from sliding off
