First, I love your program and training. But with resistance bands, it would be more helpful to show how to use not in the gym were you can anchor the bans to the posts of gym equipment. I am hoping for your show with bands but somewhere that you can use them by only the body weight and not anchored to gym equipment because if you are at the gym you might as well use the state of the arts equipment.

Hi Jeff.
Just a question, I have just come out of surgery after a long head bicep tendon subluxation and removal of 6 peices of cartilage from from right shoulder.
Is band work going to be good for ongoing fitness. I have been told that my lifting days are done due to me now having stage 3 osteoarthritis. By the way I am 45.

Cable chest flies or with power band chest flies no one talks about. what are the breathing and exhale correct way while doing it? Is it like the bench press breath in while lowering and breath out while lifting over the chest? 3 months full body workout, 67 in two months this is the only problem I have with flies. Thanks. sub.

Good afternoon, I really appreciate your band body build series, but I see you only have chest, back, and shoulders. Will you be continuing the series with legs, arms, and maybe some ab band exercises as well? I don't have much room in my apartment, but I have just enough for to move around and use my doors as anchors.

Great exercises here. Interesting that Jeff mentioned a few times, that focusing on speed will increase the benefit of the exercise. For explosiveness, I agree. But I prefer slower reps for strictly building muscle, and increased time under tension.

Cavalier crossover is very difficult.
How many reps and series is good to start with this routine? and how many times a week?

I-m currently in a LTC facility, I-m waiting for hip and knee replacement surgery. I-m literally flat on my back in bed. Can you show me some resistance band exercises I can use from my bed to develop my chest. 68 yrs old

I found that crossing the band at your back stops it sliding off your shoulder like it did with Jeff in this video. Also I bought a couple of soft bicycle hand grips and split them to save my hands.
