Dewan: Whenever I do my leg exercises specially those of calves, I went down to injury like achilles tendinitis, ankle injury, swilling. It's become hard for me to walk and even do my squats. I just can't find any ways to overcome my weakness.

Both of my knee ligaments were torn in my ski trip. Leg extension machine seems to put too much pressure on my knees. Can you recommend other exercises to replace the leg extension? Thanks.

I like kris and other trainers that are truthful and not all about show or pretense. -I-m here for longevity. - not just for show
