Brian, recently I developed an umbillical hernia. The surgeon said it is too small to operate on, and allowed me to continue training, but I am afraid of strangulation. I just wanted to ask do you have an umbillical hernia and for how long, and did you go to the surgeon to look at it? What's your experience with it? Thank you and greetings from Croatia!

Great
That tidbit about the upper chest is awesome. I just tried it now and without weights I can feel that contraction. So gonna try it out on my DB chest routine.
Can you do a posing vid on how best to flex the back? Preferably to show off one's lats Bruce Lee style. Thx

Great video as always brother, now I have a few questions:
1) When (and how often) do you train abs?
2) How does/did your family (parents) react on the fact that you are lifting that much, are they like very supportive?

Hi Brian, I noticed recently that when I do back squats, my right glute has a sharp pain, even with just 1 plate on each side. Any idea if I had pulled anything and should I lay off back squats for a while?

Hey Brian when you first started lifting (when you tried gaining mass, did you ever workout abs? Or did it burn too many calories and made you too skinny?

Good video man. Do you think arms grow quicker when you train them on a separate day as oppose training them with other body parts like chest?
