do you have to flex your triceps too? because it makes my arms look a bit smaller when I flex the triceps too, also it dozen make it look in shape compared to when not flexing the triceps. you're videos are awesome, buddy.

Couple of other suggestions: if you can hit a vacuum pose hit a vacuum pose. You should also put your thumb in between your ring finger and your middle finger it helps the peak show

But when you turn your pinkies in it balls the belly of your bicep. Yeah, you'll get a higher peak but then you have an ugly gap between your bicep and the inside of your elbow.

Video is useless, you have high lats, and DB pose with high lats is always shit, try to go hard on pullover machine and all kind of lat pull downs, cheers mate
