If I could make one request as a new loyal follower can you make more eating videos because I have been making gains from your old bulking vids! And do you follow macros? And what's best way to get your calories and carbs in at night? I have been falling behind on carbs and I'm left with 200g carbs to get in before bed. Do you wait 3 hours between all meals or just eat if your not really hungry?

As a graphic designer who got started in the industry by burning screens and printing shirts 25 years ago, I enjoyed watching this video. Now I worked with sublimation. Far easier, but you can only print on polyester. Christmas lights look better with snow. LOL

I think you must look up how to clean your oven I found a pretty good link on google there is an easy way to bake it with a certain ingredient in it at a certain temp for a period of time! cuz dayumm dat OVEN DOE
