Awakening Hercules - My Scoliosis Plan, Chiro Visit & Rest Week Recap
video description
Based on your past videos it looks like your right side hip flexors are the issue, you can tell because your R hip is generally held forward and the lower portion of your left side ESGs/mid portion of your right side ESGs take your upper body's weight as a result. You can see it in the muscle definition in your back. Actually looks like there is more muscle definition on the front of your R hip as well. If you'd like another piece of evidence to my speculation, on Ep. 28 when you're doing your warm up around 0: 44 your left leg goes way further behind you then the right side, I would speculate that's because of the inhibited R side hip flexors. Good lord I look like a crazy person ranting. Just my 0. 02 brotha good luck.

I've found that the spiked balls just bruise and all the spikes do is distribute the pressure to multiple points rather than just one spot.
I use and recommend a plain lacrosse ball. it's smooth and the rubbery texture grips as much as ever needed. and because is smooth, there's only one contact point for all of the pressure to be applied to, resulting in a deeper more effective massage.
hopefully the chiropractor can help your scoliosis. I see my chiro every month for maintenance, make sure to pick their brain as they're a wealth of knowledge.

yoga is great to do but i recommend doing ballistic stretches to warm up before because yoga has a lot of static holds that can put stress on your ligaments, personally i use yoga movements as a cool down stretch, i do my brazilian jiu jitsu drills as warm ups

I had to get surgery for my scoliosis when I was 14. I'm 26 now and I've been having neck pain because my neck is curved now. I'm thinking about going to a chiropractor but I haven't been to one before. Do they really help that much?

Hey Brian, any advice for lower back pain? I have crazy back pain and I'm not training that area currently. It really sucks because you use your back for a lot of workouts. Thanks.

I had a 57 inch curve but had a spinal fusion. I had the surgery before I started lifting. It's around a 4 month rest period so I'm not sure you want to take that much time off.
