Vegan Day of Bulking on a Rest Week: Hot Chocolate, BBQ Tofu & Christmas! Amanda: i know you love your chipotle, but dude you gotta hit up some thai/indian/any asian little restaurants really, for epic tofu/rice/seitan/textured soy protein/veggie/rice amazing dishes! and cheap cheap cheap. hodegetwins recently went to a little asian place and they couldn't believe they were eating plant based meat alternatives!

Whoa. People are really freaking out about the stevia in the comments here, lol. I love the stuff. shrugs I say, keep using it, if you like it. Cool videos! Nice to see more vegans bulking up. So tired of people who think all vegans are weaklings.

so many supplements kinda make it unappealing to be a vegan bodybuilder. ive known many guys who are chris jones status who have only used whey protein SEASONALLY, meaning they dont use it all year round

hi! ive been vegetarian for about 5 wish maybe 6 years now, and I'm still experimenting with different foods. can you do your tofu recipe? or. you can just tell me what you put in it haha whatever works!

Cut the oil and Tofu. And maybe try to build muscle with less protein powder and instead using more greens if you want it more natural.
Keep going!

You make Vegan cocoa just like I do: . A mini whisk is handy for the mixing too! Keep up the great work and have a Merry Christmas!

I know this was 3 years ago, but you dont need to have gender options for all your clothing. Hoodies and t shirts are all cut the same.

Ah man I haven't felt Christmas cheer since I was eleven, but the part of the video with the Christmas lights really made me happy: )

did you forget to press your tofu before you cooked it? also id suggest frying it first in olive oil, then tossing it in the sauce. :)
reply

i always season (dry rub) my tofu first than fry it before adding any sauce to it so it doesnt burn. Does look good though!
