What I Ate Today (Under 5 Minutes) VEGAN BODYBUILDING Life: I always save your full day of eating vidz for after my dinner! Have to cuz they always make new hungry! Just watched like 3 in a row so goodies! Love seeing Sammie in the videos. Thanks for the awesome content! I've just begun to learn how hard it is to film what you're eating from start to finish. Especially when you've got diet brain! thanks!

Yes yes yes! These shorter versions of what I eat in a day videos are so much better. I always show them to my family and friends because they are far more effective. If something is short, easily understandable and informative it is a perfect combo for noobs and people interested in veganism. Keep it up! Cheers!

Can you make a video for full day of eating with someone who actually works till 5 goes to gym comes home at 7pm and doesn't want to cook until 9 and have no time for them self. Like a real person who actually has to work what can they make quick healthy high protein for real life workers

Hey Brian, amazing video. I have a question. Id like to make pancakes but ofcourse its not good for acne. There are enough recipes to make them with acne-proof ingredients but i heard eggs are bad for acne. Do you know if this is true and maybe if there is a other way to make them?

These types of videos are so helpful. I'm a super busy mom of 3 with a full time job. I get in food ruts and we end up eating Kimchi fried rice three times a week. Lol I like hope simple your food is. Gonna have to try that stir fry. Is it any good reheated the next day?

i can always count on you for meal inspo! Also, chili and cornbread is one of my favorite meals, but I use the new Jiffy vegetarian mix. It's really easy to make, and using an egg alternative makes it vegan!

For those who love watermelon, for a bit of a twist on normal watermelon sprinkle a small amount of salt onto your watermelon flesh to bring out the delicious goodness: D
