Hey I have just recently decided to go vegan. I love your videos. They are very informative and enjoyable to watch. I really have an issue when it comes to snacking though. Also I was interested in the app you use to track your eating.

Hi there brian! May i ask why your protein is low even in this cut? Ive read that you should aim for 1-1. 1gms of protein per pound of lbm when cutting. Or are you just an outlier in the statistics? Thanks man!

Why do people cut? Could you not continue to bulk until before a show and then slim down? Idk whats the purpose of the cut if there are no shows or performances in your future?

a dumb question I have: how to get shredded but not look skinny? Well building muscle of course, but I don't like my elbows and spine just looks poking out and skinny.

as a sushichef its painful to see you using the wrong side of the nori. And yes there is a big different in taste if you are using the wrong side,
