2: 50 you don't actually believe that, do you? You think 3000 cals of donuts affects your weight the same way 3000 cals of broccoli does? Of course not, because these foods will affect your hormones in very different ways, and at the end of the day it's your hormones that make you gain weight. I agree with the message, I just think it's important to keep in mind.

After the amount of (vegan) pizza, ice cream, cheeseburgers, sweet potato chips, and other goodies I ate over the Holidays I'm definitely going to watching this in 2018. Not until then though cause New Year's is gonna be all about those munchies if you know what I mean; ) Huge respect from Toronto, cheers Brian!

Great video! Can't wait to get into my full cut back in America: D I've been experimenting with a bunch of ab things as well and have found stomach vacuums REALLY helping with overall mind muscle connection and core control. They're weird and hurt but I can definitely feel some changes from them: )

I need to get back on the cut life, rip abs, I pretty much have to try to eat as clean as possible for myself otherwise I crave junk food if I have it in the house, gonna try getting into doing cardio at the gym because now it's winter I do literally N O N E

I am 10 days clean from meats got a new system of keeping myself accountable I feel great eating way more volumes of food
