Super true on the protein topic. There was so much You don t need to worry about protein! going around. It was almost like the vegan community was trying to prove a point. I ve found including more protein is definitely necessary if you don t know how much you re getting (& you re not getting enough)

Eat in a surplus! I tried to maintain a physique that was too lean for me for so long and it made gains slow. After consistently eating more and gaining weight slowly I saw much better progress.

Only sups I say don t take for years on is heavy caffeinated pre workouts. Too many bad side effects in the long run use. Building big muscles especially as a vegan will take years not a year.

Good tips/reminders, definitely guilty of not prioritising dem protons enough meself! Well up for some more fitness content, need to get serious about the gym again! :D

My favorite mantra is If you don't get uncomfortable, nothing is going to change. It's a motivation for exercise, trying new things and getting moving in general.
