Lot of gab, 5 steps should have taken 1 minute and not 8 1/2
1. Lower carb intake
2. Fasting for as long as you can or intermittent fasting, without binge eating
3. Consistent & regular exercise: anaerobic & aerobic
4. No simple sugars
5. Consume insulin reducing food, cinnamon, green tea, apple cider vinegar

Not certain about the points made but, if anyone else needs to find out about 6 ways to lose belly fat without exercise try Panlarko Belly Blueprint Planner (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now )? Ive heard some decent things about it and my m8 got amazing results with it.

All of this advice sounds good but when it fails then what? Ive tried low carb & moderate carb low calories diets in last 6 months but weight n belly fat hasnt moved an once. So what am I missing?

High protein low fat and tons of veggies. I lost weight by taking protein shakes with only certain peanut butter. A small snack at 3pm and dinner by 6. Eating after 8pm can hurt you more.

Calorie deficit is key, intermittent fasting is awesome for this as removes a meal normally breakfast therefore greatly reducing calorie intake!
