I had to force my mom to not make me eat the things she makes so that I eat a balanced diet that I specifically designed for what I know of my bodies anatomy and current health. It was well worth it; I gained a huge energy boost from my new way of eating that it encouraged me to quit soda, juice and other sugary things permanently. I also noticed that my strength was enhanced has well. Working out is a discipline; if you aren't patient then working out will make you patient, the results are worth it, stay healthy my friends. However, if I do start working out, I wonder how much will change if I do start working out.

Are we kidding even when I was young I don't know if I could do some of these exercise I'm now 81 guy that's doing this is pretty well muscular if somebody needs to lose weight he better not be real heavy I don't know this thing must be a joke

Hi people in 2021, my body is very fat and watching video is impossible to do but I forced myself to do it.
The first time i made this exercise my body is hurt but that is last year but now I'm skinny and tall and my cousin amazed

Why not just jump rope and run a 2 miler though? Don't get me wrong from being in the military, I can tell you that mountain climbers don't play, but nothing worked like jumping rope and 2 mile runs.

Am only gonna do burpee cuase it uses good amount of muscle and so i dont get super training pain so i can go for a dialy run
