I was fat boy lastly for one yr I wanted to beat everyone in fitness
And when our pe practical of squats are hapeen they said us to do as possible squats possible in one minute and yeah I did 47 squats with beating all boyz

My legs shake when I stand up too long or if I go down stairs but its not soreness cause it doesnt hurt at all I think it might be atrophy from laying around everyday the last 2 years

From my experience, it goes like this:
1. Stretching
2. Hydration
3. Protein. and Carbs
4. Deep sleep
And if it's too sore, gently massage with oil.
