Often, when you think you're hungry, you're just bored. So nuts in the shells are great. When I gave up smoking and got the urge to pig out while watching movies, I'd eat monkey nuts (That's uncooked peanuts, in the shells, with the skin still on. I guess they might call them something else in other places) Shelling them gives your hands something to so, and slows you down, so you have plenty of time to decide you'ce eaten enough. Same with beef jerky if you take the time to really chew it properly and enjoy it. Not sure about the fat loss side of things. My goal was just to not go crazy

Very important misconception regarding collagen products. when you take any protein in the body, it will be degraded to amino acids and your body will decide what protein it needs to make. Bottom line is taking more collagen in diet does not mean you will have more collagen. Your body decides solely what type of protein will be built using the amino acid pool present.

Omg Tysm this is the best guide to lean protein snacks ever! Im 15 months post wls op and all they keep telling us is to guzzle protein shakes which isnt easy when dealing with digestive problems. the content info here is a game changer to getting the protein needed!

Well buddy! Scientifically, you cant get collagen from external source. So all those drink out there claiming collagen water or shake isnt scientific.

Best snack for meroasted chick peas or stragalia as we call them in Greece. They have 21. 2 grams of protein, 54. 5 grams of carbohydrates and only 6 grams of fats per 100 grams. And taste great! And really high in fiber 12 grams

For anybody trying to get rid of the skinny fat please dont be afraid to eat you literally have to consume calories along with your weight training the cardio after will allow you to build muscle & lose fat at the same time

Can someone tell me why he says you're not supposed to have excessive amount of soya protein in your diet on a daily basis? I thought soya protein is really good for you and I try to have at least 30g soya protein a day.
