Great video as always, thank you once again. But I gotta say that if you want to succeed in any sport, be it fighting, bodybuilding or something else, you will definitely have to watch what you eat. Training is important but there are no real gains without proper diet. I realised that after I started following my first meal plan. I found it on Dietarize iirc. At the beginning it was hard to eat 3300 kcal in a day, but I got used to it. I started noticing real gains, and it felt amazing. I wish I'd understood the importance of diet earlier.

All great exercises, but peak size is more or so determined by one's bicep insertion as opposed to just the workouts they do. I know people who are pro bodybuilders, but have less protruding peaks than me. Meanwhile, I had very prominent bicep peaks when I was a skinny 12 year old. I wasn't even lifting yet and they're just more prominent from the muscle gaining more size.

So I have been working out for a month and my knees began to hurt. After seeing your videos I began some of your methods and love it. But Id love to see a video about women who had c sections and want to get back into shape. Im 38. Two c sections and apple shape. Can I get rid of the lower muffin fat where the c section operation is? Also can I get an hour shape?
