Exercises are fine but for fat loss to occur, a proper diet is a must. Exercising alone can shape your abdominal muscles and make them look good, but ONLY if you melt that layer of fat that is covering them (and your whole body) I am currently in my fifth week of following a diet plan I got from nextleveldiet. So far I lost decent amount of fat and my love handles are gone. It also comes with a workout plan. Do some research people, you can find a good, customized meal plan easily on the internet. Surely it's a slow but steady process. Happy dieting and exercising!

Man I had a problem with this that I just rectified. I'm 45 and I could not get rid of my lower back fat. I just started working out 3 years ago. What I did a month ago was I did a combination of intermittent fasting and the OMAD diet. I did cardio (run on my treadmill) for 15 minutes after my weight workouts. lost it very easily. took maybe a month. Try it and see. I know some things aren't for everyone.

While these are good exercises, most of them require a fairly strong core, which to be fair, a lot of people do not have if you are in the position that the video is aimed at.
Will likely result in lower back pain.

all of this technique is for younger people. the older never can do it. the most older people have more fat not younger. younger people have enough energy for to training many different way.
